 Return Policy

• You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

• Used or damaged items (unless defective) are not eligible for return.

 How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us at: [support@maxkayak.com] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
